Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in perioperative surgery, including hybrid OR settings Proficiency with Epic electronic health record systems Ability to adapt to various specialties such as neuro, ortho, and robotics Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and follow strict protocols Nice to Have Skills Experience in neuro, orthopedic, or robotic surgery Prior travel nursing experience Certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and perioperative nursing (CNOR) Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher Valid RN license in applicable state At least 3 years of perioperative nursing, with specific experience in hybrid OR environments Other Requirements Ability to commit to scheduled 12-hour day shifts (08:30 - 21:00), including potential emergency team obligations Willingness to participate in emergency relief duties, including staying on-site until the event passes Must possess or obtain relevant licensure and certifications prior to start No travel or relocation restrictions that would interfere with the commitment Take your nursing career to the next level by applying today.
