This leadership role involves guiding a talented team in global trial execution while ensuring adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, and all applicable regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insights at the executive level, directly impacting our decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have: A degree in life sciences or a related field; a PhD, PharmD, or MD is preferred. At least 15 years of experience in clinical operations, with 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. A proven track record in managing global Phase I-III trials, particularly in rare disease or specialty therapeutic areas. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational best practices.
