Facilities Maintenance Technician

Summary: Seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our printing manufacturing facility in Sun Prairie, WI. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, utilities, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations. Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Pay: Range depends on experience Responsibilities: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues to minimize downtime Support production by maintaining utilities that serve printing and manufacturing equipment Conduct routine facility inspections and indentify maintenance or safety concerns Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Experience in a manufacturing or print production environment preferred Preventative maintenance program experience #IndMMIS
