LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experience HR Manager to support a great client in Jupiter, FL. If you meet the minimum qualifications below, apply today! Work Type: Full time, onsite, direct hire Compensation: $85k-$100k/year Location: Jupiter, FL Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage full?cycle recruiting for all roles. Serve as the primary HR contact for candidates and external recruiters. Coordinate interviews, including screening and scheduling. Ensure timely hiring aligned with organizational needs. Employee Benefits & HR Operations Lead open enrollment, including employee communication and benefits coordination. Address employee benefits questions and manage annual updates. Collaborate with the payroll manager/HR ops support (reports to Controller). Compensation & Performance Support annual performance review and compensation cycle. Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with leadership timelines. Generalist HR Support Provide guidance across all HR functions. Address employee and leadership inquiries. Maintain compliance and consistent HR practices. Qualifications Strong HR generalist background with experience in recruiting and benefits administration. Experience with performance management processes preferred. Ability to work independently in a small HR function. Comfortable working directly with leadership, including CFO and CEO. Familiarity with ADP (HR/payroll system) is a plus. Ability to start within a few weeks is ideal.
