Precertification Specialist

Job Title: Precertification Specialist Location: Smyrna / NW Atlanta, GA (ONSITE) Compensation: $22 - $24 / Hour Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k), and PTO Qualifications: 2+ years in precertification/ prior authorizations Experience with Epic EMR Job Description: Initiating the precertification Initiating through the payer portals and if there isn't a portal, calling or faxing in the precertification Documenting denial rational in the referral and sending it back to the location Faxing appeal letters Following up on pending precertification's Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm About Our Client: This is a growing specialty practice in the Atlanta area and are adding additional team members to their CBO!
