Warehouse Associate - (Bohemia, NY)$18/hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM A busy third?party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Bohemia, NY is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations. This is a full-time, in?person role with the potential to become a permanent hire for the right candidate. Position Overview The Warehouse Associate will assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, receiving, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Forklift experience is a plus but not required-the company is willing to train the right person. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks (manual and pallet jack use) Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow written and verbal instructions accurately Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to read, write, and speak English Spanish language skills are a plus Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required Forklift experience is a plus (not mandatory) Ability to lift boxes and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Compensation & Schedule $18 per hour Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Temp-to-hire opportunity for strong performers Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
