In addition, we offer opportunities for career growth and professional development. Core Responsibilities: Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows: Position empty trees in front ofhouse. Pull meat from bars, hang and properly space so no bellies touch. Start and stop rotary house to position barstodoorway for unloading. Push full trees to scale,scaleand record weight on two-partticket. Push scale trees intoblastcooler and arrange as per scheduled pattern. Cut off long bellies ifrequiredso they do not touchfloor. Blast and prepress cooler, upkeepcondensationand paperwork completion. Rearrange trees inprepresscooler. Wipedownceiling before starting House pulling. Make sure bellies are unloaded and hung per tree as per proper count. Make sure no bellies touch. Make sure each tree is scaled andticketwith weightishung ontree. Load blast cooler according to schedule received in the morning. Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor. High school diploma or general education degree (GED)preferred Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamicenvironment. Tool & Equipment: A pencil or pen, tags, unloading card, unloading schedule, blast loading schedule.
