Chief Financial Officer - CPA / MBA

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, risk analysis, regulatory reporting, and strategic planning. This role demands a proactive leader with exceptional financial acumen, a passion for business development, and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. The ideal candidate will champion fiscal responsibility while fostering innovation and operational excellence across the organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring robust revenue management and cost control. Oversee corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 standards. Drive the company's financial planning Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.) Manage vendor relationships Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts Qualifications Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP) CPA is a strong advantage BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
