About the Role: We are searching for a seasoned Director of Insider Threat Programs to lead our Trust & Security team. This essential role involves crafting and executing the strategy for our Insider Threat program by implementing technical controls, enhancing detection and response processes, and initiating robust employee training and awareness initiatives. You will work collaboratively across multiple departments, including security, engineering, corporate IT, legal, and human resources, to cultivate a proactive insider threat program that protects our sensitive assets and customer data while promoting a constructive workplace atmosphere. What You Will Do: Strategy and Roadmap: Design and lead a multi-year strategic plan for the Insider Threat program with a focus on advanced detection techniques, behavioral analytics, and effective technical measures. Technical Program Leadership: Manage the planning and execution of complex technical projects in the Insider Threat domain, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Engineering Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison between Trust & Security and various stakeholders, translating operational requirements into clear technical specifications for implementation. Detection & Analytics: Lead the selection and optimization of technical tools and platforms to monitor and respond to atypical user behaviors. Policy and Compliance: Collaborate with Legal and HR to ensure that all technical controls comply with global privacy regulations and company policies. Process Improvement: Enhance incident response protocols for insider threats and create metrics to assess program effectiveness. Employee Training & Awareness: Develop insightful training resources to ensure employees are knowledgeable about the Acceptable User Policy. What You Will Bring: Experience: 8+ years in security program management, with at least 5 years specializing in Insider Threat or Data Loss Prevention programs. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of security controls, network architecture, cloud environments, and advanced detection methods. Program Management Skills: Excellent organizational skills, extensive project management experience, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Communication and Collaboration: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills capable of influencing and aligning teams without direct authority. Ready to help shape what's next?
