Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Provide expert technical guidance on Fire and Life Safety (FLS) systems, especially performance-based fire testing, given each building's custom design. Lead and mentor a team of FLS engineers, designers, and project managers, assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and conducting evaluations. Develop and implement program-wide FLS strategies, processes, and best practices to drive standardization. design development through construction administration on complex commercial and industrial (warehouse/fulfillment/manufacturing) projects.
