Job Description Join our dynamic and professional team as a Reconstruction Estimator Specialist at a leading restoration company known for its outstanding service in both residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Estimator who excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to achieving excellence in client satisfaction and project quality. In this role, you will take charge of estimating and reconstruction efforts following mitigation, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Create precise estimates using Xactimate and Symbility following the completion of mitigation and contents restoration. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and documentation from the estimating phase through to project closeout. Work collaboratively with mitigation teams and clients to facilitate smooth transitions into reconstruction. Engage professionally with homeowners, business owners, and insurance representatives. Uphold excellent client service standards and exemplify professionalism in all interactions. Contribute to company culture and team initiatives, which include quarterly meetings and community service activities. Requirements: 1-3+ years of experience in restoration estimating or project management (minimum of 1 year required). Strong understanding of Xactimate and Symbility software is essential. IICRC certification is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple estimates and projects simultaneously. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal oversight. Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and communication skills; must be a people person. Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients; our company is committed to the highest standards of integrity.
