Your trusted role includes: Leading with Integrity: Demonstrating clear communication while fostering an environment of respect, trust, and accountability. Managing Team Operations: Supervising team members during shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing responsibilities) and providing training and constructive feedback. Controlling Costs: Managing food costs, labor, waste, and cash handling during your shift. Champions of Hospitality: Striving to exceed brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding hospitality. Ensuring Safety & Compliance: Adhering to food safety protocols, security measures, and labor standards. What You Bring A genuine passion for hospitality, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Proven leadership skills with a reputation as a trusted and approachable role model. Self-motivated, positive outlook, and a firm commitment to ethical practices. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliable transportation and the ability to work long or irregular shifts when required. Physical capability to meet the demands of the restaurant: standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping, and working in various temperatures. Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma (preferred). Some college or coursework in restaurant management (preferred). 6 months of experience in a quick-service restaurant (preferred). Valid driver's license (required).
