Job Description: Join a respected environmental services firm as an Environmental Consultant / Inspector. This field-based position presents a unique opportunity to engage in projects across various sites, with lab support located in San Diego city. We are looking for a passionate and motivated consultant ready for long-term growth and the chance to advance into a senior-level role as current leadership transitions. Responsibilities: Conduct asbestos and lead inspections, testing, and sampling. Perform field investigations in both residential and commercial settings. Utilize XRF/XRS equipment for lead testing if qualified. Prepare comprehensive, compliant reports and documentation. Coordinate with internal lab teams and manage scheduling through CRM. Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements: CAC or CSST certification required. EPA Lead Certification required. AHERA license (bonus). XRF/XRS experience (bonus). Minimum of 2 years of field inspection and sampling experience required. Ability to work independently and manage field schedules required. Excellent client-facing communication skills required. Valid driver's license required. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus commission. Company-provided equipment and materials.
