Industry Management Consulting Type Privately Held About the Role We are excited to invite a dynamic leader to our team as the Vice President of Customer Experience Advisory. In this significant individual contributor position, you will play a crucial role in attracting new enterprise clients and generating initial revenue within our CX advisory and contact center outsourcing practice. Your main responsibilities will include: Building a robust pipeline of new enterprise clients through proactive outreach. Engaging C-suite executives with tailored presentations and strategic insights. Leading the complete sales process from discovery and advisory consultations to solution mapping and partner recommendations. Focus areas include CCaaS/UCaaS, AI/automation/analytics, workforce optimization, and global BPO labor. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who excels in managing long sales cycles and navigating multiple stakeholder engagements. This role requires a strong adherence to CRM best practices and a willingness to travel up to 25-35%. The ideal candidate will possess: At least 5 years of experience selling CX, CCaaS, AI, or BPO solutions. A minimum of 3 years in a proactive sales role (hunter). A proven track record in securing enterprise-level CX contracts with C-suite decision-makers. Excellent proficiency in CRM tools, especially Zoho. Experience utilizing AI tools for research and outreach. This position is poised for those who thrive in collaborative, transparent environments and who take a consultative approach to sales.
