Prepare vacant properties for turnover, ensuring they are ready for new tenants. Deliver outstanding customer service to tenants. Perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, service, and installations in an industry-standard manner as required. Specific tasks include: General maintenance knowledge and skills. Apartment maintenance experience is beneficial. HVAC Certification is an advantage. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work with ladders. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Common Repair Requests Include: Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses. Light fixtures. Installation and minor repairs of appliances like stoves, refrigerators, washers, and dryers. Toilets, sinks, vanities, and disposals. Caulking. Minor carpentry repairs. Window screens and blinds.
