Position Description & Qualifications Are you eager to take on a rewarding challenge in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) where your contributions can create a significant impact? Join Serco and support the U.S. Navy in providing essential services with your expertise. This role is based in San Diego, California. As an ILS Expert, you will play a critical role in the engineering and logistics support of High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (H.E.M.P.) systems, focusing on the development of technical documentation and maintenance standards. Your main responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) documentation. Creating, reviewing, and updating training plans and support materials for designated systems and equipment. Managing logistics records within the Configuration Data Manager Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA). Generating provisioning data for On-Board Repair Parts (OBRPs) using the Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) format. Evaluating equipment reliability and providing recommendations to enhance operational readiness. Overseeing materials and tools management, including inventory control and hazardous material oversight. Initiating purchase requests for necessary supplies. Proactively resolving logistical challenges. Participating in weekly team updates and reporting. Qualifications for success include: Active DoD Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship. An Associate's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 7 years of experience in ILS or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ICAPS or similar applications. Ability to lift 30 lbs and travel up to 25% as needed. Valid U.S. Driver's License. Preferred Experience: Prior experience with the U.S. Navy. Understanding of Life Cycle Logistics. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications.
