Job Summary The Clinical and Software Applications Sales Specialist for EMS will work closely with Territory Managers and operate under the guidance of the Director of Specialty Sales. In this vital role, you will engage with current clients, facilitate transitions between products, and advocate for consumables, accessories, and software solutions. You will serve as a crucial conduit between our customers and the support team, ensuring concerns are resolved and fostering strong relationships within your customer portfolio. Key Responsibilities Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the EMS industry and the specific requirements of our clients. Understand the functionality and business applications of ZOLL's products. Prepare competitive sales quotes and negotiate contracts within established guidelines. Provide insights and report on activities in management review meetings. Proactively generate leads through outreach to EMS customers. Promote consumables and accessories to existing ZOLL users and identify opportunities in competitive markets. Enhance market presence for accessories, consumables, and software solutions. Collaborate with customers to optimize their ZOLL product portfolio for optimal outcomes. Maintain thorough records of sales activities in Salesforce.com. Nurture relationships with Territory Managers and clients through exemplary service and support. Address customer inquiries and issues, escalating as necessary for timely resolution. Work with Territory Managers to achieve shared sales objectives. Monitor account churn and implement strategies for improvement. Adhere to all company policies and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred. 3-5 years of sales support experience is desirable. Skills and Abilities Strong negotiation abilities and a history of meeting sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to influence stakeholders across various organizational levels. Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions. Adept at managing multiple projects and conflicting priorities. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Exceptional presentation and active listening capabilities.
