Saint Joseph Physician Network (SJPN) has an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a growing practice located in Bourbon, Indiana. Job Description: Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or until all patients are seen. Call is 1:7 (phone call only) Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed. Treating pediatrics to geriatrics Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner Average patient census per day is 18-22 Opportunities for teaching exist with St. Joseph Health System Family Medicine residents [clinical teaching and supervision]. Must adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services. May be required to maintain active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply.
