Job Title: Plate MounterHiring for 2nd and 3rd shift5 8 hour daysTraining on 1st shiftJob DescriptionThe Plate Mounter will be responsible for preparing and mounting plates for production, ensuring all specifications are met according to customer requirements.Responsibilities Comply with all company and safety policies and procedures. Working from work orders Utilizing computer for scheduling and following production Material handling throughout the facility to support printing operations Quality inspection Utilizing cutting tools Mount plates according to work instructions Organize, track, and maintain cleanliness of the area and plate file. Work overtime when needed and as assigned. Essential Skills Ability to read tape measure Ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines Production and mechanically inclined skills. Inspection and data entry capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous machine operating experience and mechanical understanding is helpful. Ability to follow directions and work well with others, demonstrating strong teamwork skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read a ruler and understand measurements. Work EnvironmentClimate controlled facility. The role is based in a production facility. The position requires regular movement throughout the workspace, and employees are expected to comply with safety standards and participate in process improvement activities.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
