Logistics Coordinator Role Summary As an employee of Adecco working as the Logistics Coordinator at MANN+HUMMEL in Cowpens, South Carolina, you will oversee daily shipments, collaborate with 3PL providers, analyze data for efficiency improvements, and ensure adherence to customer schedules. Main Tasks Title: Logistics Coordinator Company: Adecco for MANN+HUMMEL Location: Cowpens, South Carolina Key Responsibilities Conduct daily reviews of customer shipments using PowerBI and SAP systems to verify adherence to requested ship dates provided by the 3PL provider. Partner with 3PL leadership to assess and review the daily shipping schedule, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively. Ensure daily 3PL shipment plans align with MANN+HUMMEL expectations and customer requirements. Analyze order placement and shipment data to identify opportunities for business process improvements and efficiency gains. Follow up on urgent customer orders requiring same-day or priority shipments to ensure timely delivery. Perform additional tasks related to Distribution & Logistics as required to support business needs. Your Profile Education High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation management, or supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Experience in warehouse management. Skills Proficiency with PowerBI and SAP systems for reviewing customer shipments. Strong analytical skills to evaluate shipping schedules and identify issues. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with 3PL leadership and internal stakeholders. Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to address issues promptly. High attention to detail to ensure adherence to customer request dates. Ability to prioritize and manage urgent customer orders, including sameday or priority shipments. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and additional logistics responsibilities. Preferred Skills Previous experience in logistics coordination or a related field. Knowledge of logistics management principles and best practices. Familiarity with supply chain processes and order fulfillment. Experience using data analytics to identify efficiency opportunities in logistics operations. Understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control. Proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
