EEG Technician Qualifications: Registered EEG T, one year of EEG experience, BLS/CPR certified. Advanced computer, conununication/nand critical thinking skills. Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance./nJob Duties: Will perform routing EEG's in accordance with established ASET guidelines on patients ranging from/nneo-natal to geriatric in outpatient and inpatient setting. Enters raw data and prepares data for physician/nreview, measures and applies electrodes for adult and pediatric patients; descriptive analysis of EEG/nwaveforms and patterns observed. Appropriate patient/family interaction. Editing of 24 hour data./nMaintains equipment, stocks acquisition stations, reports malfunctions, and records in equipment log/nbook. Follows existing hospital/department policy and procedures.
