Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated EPC project schedules using Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud for multi-disciplinary energy projects (utilities, LNG, refinery, renewable, and transmission). Conduct critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and recovery planning to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate across engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to align resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules with project milestones. Implement schedule performance monitoring, including Earned Value Management (EVM) integration, SPI/CPI tracking, and dashboard reporting for leadership. Create look-ahead schedules, S-curve analyses, and scenario-based forecasts to support proactive decision-making. Lead schedule recovery and cycle-time optimization initiatives, mitigating risks and minimizing potential delays. Provide mentorship and guidance on scheduling best practices to project teams, enhancing overall project efficiency. Prepare and present executive-level schedule reports highlighting progress, deviations, and actionable recommendations. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Scheduler - EPC & Energy Projects should have: Proven expertise in Primavera P6, Primavera Cloud, MS Project, and scheduling for large EPC projects. Extensive experience in integrated master scheduling, resource leveling, and cost-schedule alignment. Strong background in EPC project lifecycle management across energy sectors (oil & gas, utilities, renewables). Proficient in schedule risk management, critical path analysis, and delay mitigation strategies. Familiarity with project controls tools such as PowerBI, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven experience in stakeholder coordination and reporting. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Geoscience, Project Management, or related fields. What's on Offer Hourly pay between $60 - $80, based on experience.
