Job Description Are you a skilled NetSuite consultant with extensive experience in the Manufacturing sector? If you are, then consider joining the NetSuite Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team at Oracle! As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will be essential in enhancing customer success and satisfaction by delivering customized solutions and professional advice throughout project engagements. You will work autonomously to achieve high-quality outcomes, apply Oracle methodologies, and implement tailored solutions that align with customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Identify and document customer value gaps using our proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Work collaboratively with customers to devise strategies for addressing and resolving identified gaps. Implement solutions for customers' top-priority gaps in close cooperation with them. Design solutions for complex requirements and coordinate with our Technical Services (TS) team on integration and technical components. Provide insightful consulting guidance to customers for optimizing their business processes. Define comprehensive functional requirements for automations and integrations with NetSuite. Work alongside the TS team to design and conduct unit testing for automations and integrations. Review the quality of deliverables produced by team members. Commit to ongoing enhancement of product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Stay informed about AI technologies, integrating AI-driven tools into consulting practices to elevate customer experience. Collaborate with other ACS teams such as Technical Services, Point-of-sale (POS), eCommerce, and Support to ensure seamless service delivery. Adhere to essential internal processes that drive exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications: Over 6 years of experience in NetSuite's core sectors (Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.). A strong understanding of various NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management. Proven expertise in business process consulting along with a track record of analyzing and enhancing organizational performance. At least 2 years of experience in an external consulting role interacting with C-suite executives. Experience in defining specifications for customizations and integrations. Proficient in custom development analysis, design, and testing. Exceptional communication skills that foster strong client relationships. A commitment to improving customer satisfaction. Experience leading projects and/or teams effectively. A background in Finance or Accounting is advantageous. Relevant product certifications, such as NetSuite ERP Consultant, are a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse and multifunctional teams. Adept at synthesizing complex information into strategic narratives and action plans.
