Soni is partnering with an organization to find a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead their internal consulting and operational optimization initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic problem-solver who excels in driving efficiency, improving performance, and developing high-performing teams. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll shape and execute strategic priorities that enhance business performance across key operational areas such as Inventory and Supply Chain Management, Labor Optimization, Pricing and Margin Management, Fleet Logistics, and Warehouse Utilization. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic priorities and develop a roadmap for the internal consulting team. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting and improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes. Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to improve performance and efficiency in areas such as inventory control, supply chain flow, workforce management, fleet logistics, warehouse utilization, and pricing/margin optimization. Problem Solving: Guide the team in analyzing complex business challenges, conducting research, and developing data-driven, actionable recommendations. Performance Monitoring: Track project performance and measure the impact of recommendations on key operational and financial metrics. Continuous Improvement: Identify, design, and implement process enhancements that strengthen consulting methodologies and operational workflows. Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of internal consultants-fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Operational Oversight: Review, approve, and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and expenses, ensuring initiatives stay on track and deliver measurable ROI. Qualifications: Korean Bilingual is a must Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or internal consulting-ideally within a complex, multi-functional organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and develop actionable strategies. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies Compensation: $150,000 - $168,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
