The Senior Engineering Manager - Cloud Infrastructure will lead several dynamic engineering teams that focus on crafting and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure solutions. This vital role will drive Kubernetes-based orchestration initiatives, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across the Relativity platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver essential infrastructure services that facilitate rapid innovation while upholding operational standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams focused on cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes orchestration. Define and implement strategies for scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure services. Collaborate with product and architecture teams on designing and deploying containerized solutions for Relativity's platform. Drive operational excellence through practices of observability, automation, and continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to security and regulatory standards across all infrastructure deployments. Cultivate a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaborative inclusivity within the engineering teams. Work alongside leadership to align infrastructure goals with business objectives and product roadmaps. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Hands-on experience in Kubernetes and large-scale container orchestration. Strong grasp of DevOps principles and CI/CD methodologies. Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities. Capability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and observability tools. Experience managing distributed teams across global locations. Relativity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This position offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $178,000 and $266,000. The final salary will depend on various factors, including a candidate's depth of experience, skills, qualifications, and internal pay equity. It’s typical to hire below the top end of the salary range to allow for meaningful future salary growth.
