Job Summary: This position supports an assigned production area in a 24/7 production tire plant. This position directly reports to the Area Maintenance Supervisor. All testing is now conducted online through a third-party vendor, and candidates will need access to a webcam. Testing can also be done onsite, but this must be scheduled directly with the location. It's essential for candidates to move through this process promptly, as we are prepared to interview as soon as testing is completed. Key requirements of this position: Must work 12 hour rotating shifts-modified DuPont schedule. 1/2 Techs working days, 1/2 working rotating shift, but must be open to both. Must be Multi-Craft (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics). Must have at least 5 years of experience or 3 years' experience and associate's degree in industrial maintenance.
