An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary school students within the Chattanooga area. This contract position offers a dynamic work environment involving therapy, evaluations, and collaboration with educational teams to support student communication needs. Location: Cleveland, TN (serving schools within the Chattanooga area) Assignment Details: Start Date: ASAP End Date: 05/21/2026 Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, typically 7:15 AM to 4:15 PM with potential flexible scheduling Caseload: 1 to 3 schools depending on student needs Student Age Group: Elementary school-aged children Key Responsibilities: Provide individualized speech and language therapy services Conduct evaluations and assessments for students Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and families Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state guidelines Qualifications and Experience: Active Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Tennessee Department of Education Certification Ability to complete required fingerprinting and credentialing processes Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred Strong communication and organizational skills This role involves direct impact on student development in a supportive educational setting.
