Residential Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

The QTI Group is seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in the East Madison area. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on tasks, takes initiative, and finds satisfaction in creating well-maintained, welcoming living environments. Compensation:$25+/hour, depending on experience Additional pay available during on-call shifts Schedule:Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Participation in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours maintenance needs Occasional weekend work as required Responsibilities:Check in with the Property Manager each day Address maintenance requests and perform repairs with professionalism Maintain clean, safe, and orderly interior and exterior grounds Manage inventory by purchasing and restocking necessary supplies Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring units are move-in ready Work alongside contractors and vendors when needed Qualifications:Previous experience maintaining multi-family housing or similar buildings Consistent work history showing dependability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in both indoor and outdoor conditions Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-centered attitude #indMMIS
