The Role: Respiratory Therapist As a Respiratory Therapist at Binson's, you'll deliver compassionate, hands-on care to patients in both retail and home settings, helping them breathe easier and live better. From setting up PAP equipment to providing ongoing support and education, you'll play a key role in improving respiratory health and patient confidence. What We're Looking For Registered or registry-eligible with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the State of Indiana Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program Excellent verbal communication and people skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience with DME or HME preferred A positive attitude and a genuine love for patient care What You'll Be Doing Set up patients with PAP therapy and provide instruction on usage of the equipment Set up and support ventilator supplies Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and safety Provide top-notch respiratory care in both home and retail settings Conduct follow-up visits and check-ins with our oxygen therapy patients Be the go-to for all things respiratory-whether it's troubleshooting equipment or offering guidance Recommend oral/tracheal hygiene and help manage trach care On-call coverage to make sure no breath is left behind after hours Work closely with patients, caregivers, and your amazing Binson's teammates to ensure smooth care Help verify insurance and coordinate financial details with patients Territory: Deliver anywhere between Auburn, IN and New Haven, IN, with flexibility to cover the Auburn office as needed.
