Responsibilities A client with Kforce is seeking a Field & Event Activation Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA.Overview:The client is the global financial technology platform that powers prosperity for individuals and communities worldwide. Approximately 100 million customers use the client's products such as QuickBooks, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp. The clients Enterprise Suite (IES) represents our strategic expansion into the Mid-Market, serving growing businesses that require more automation, visibility, and operational sophistication. Winning this segment requires a sophisticated field presence that aligns localized engagement with the complexity of multi-stakeholder deals.We are looking for a results-driven marketer to turn in-market experiences into measurable growth. As the Field & Event Activation Manager (Contract), you will bridge the gap between our high-level go-to-market strategy and regional execution-using events, localized programs, and customer moments as strategic levers to create and accelerate pipeline.This role partners directly with Sales leadership to design activation plans that reach the right accounts, deliver the right messages, and convert engagement into revenue. While you will collaborate with the Demand Generation team for strategy and impact planning, you will drive event logistics and cross-functional collaboration and communication.Responsibilities: Event Execution: Execute the field activation strategy for Mid-Market (IES), ensuring all in-market programs align with sales priorities and quarterly pipeline goals Direct Mail & Gifting: Utilize swag and incorporate Sendoso direct mail campaigns into events and follow up plans to break into target accounts and accelerate active opportunities Sales Interlock: Partner with sales marketing and nurture teams to design event specific engagement plans and drive the disciplined follow-up required to convert participation into pipeline Skills 5-8 years of experience in B2B Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Gen, specifically supporting mid-market or enterprise sales teams Event & Agency Mastery: Proven experience managing third-party agencies and vendors to execute high-quality events (roadshows, executive dinners, trade shows) on time and within budget Physical Marketing Expert: Hands-on experience with direct mail and swag platforms (Sendoso) and an understanding of how to use physical gifting as a strategic door-opener Sales-Marketing Interlock: Skilled in the technical side of marketing-specifically lead flow, CRM hygiene (Salesforce), and ensuring seamless hand-offs between marketing activity and sales follow-up Cross-Functional Influence: A track record of successfully navigating large organizations and collaborating with Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Sales Ops Budgetary Rigor: Demonstrated ability to manage complex project budgets, track spend accurately, and negotiate with vendors to optimize costs The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
