Job Description Join Our Team as an MRI Tech Radiology / Cardiology - Elevate Your Career in a Dynamic Healthcare Environment We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated MRI Tech Radiology / Cardiology to provide exceptional imaging services in a vibrant acute care hospital setting. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in adult ICU, ER/Trauma, outpatient care, and specialized MRI procedures, contributing significantly to patient diagnosis and treatment. Required Skills: Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience, including abdomen, pelvis, head, neck, musculoskeletal, and spine imaging. Proficiency with MRI equipment, specifically Siemens systems and PACS. Experience with advanced imaging techniques: MRA, MRV, contrast administration, diffusion imaging, and image post-processing. Certifications: ARRT-R and BLS required. Ability to independently perform and interpret complex MRI procedures. Knowledge of radiation safety, isolation precautions, and vascular access (peripheral IVs). Nice to Have Skills: Additional experience with MRI in cardiology or other specialties. Familiarity with hospital electronic health records beyond Epic (Excellian). Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication. Preferred Education and Experience: Active MRI license at start date. Prior experience in Level 3 trauma hospitals or teaching hospital environments is preferred. Experience with abdominal, head, neck, musculoskeletal, and spine MRI procedures. Other Requirements: Willingness to work overnight shifts (Sunday 10 p.m. - 6 a.m.; Monday-Thursday 10:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.). No travel required beyond local area. Possession of active licensure at the commencement of employment. Flexibility to discuss schedule requests and accommodate block scheduling. RTO restrictions ideally limited to no more than five days. Willingness to work in adult acute care, ICU, ER/Trauma, and outpatient settings. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $68.33 per hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, and a robust referral bonus program.
