This executive position encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including overseeing finance, talent development, facilities, IT, and office management. As a strategic partner to the President & CEO, the ideal candidate will bring innovative perspectives on administrative functions that foster collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Leading the executive team to drive the organization's long-term strategy. Developing and mentoring high-performing teams to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Providing optimal support for all program areas to enhance organizational impact. Contributing to the organization's growth through the implementation of aligned plans that resonate with our mission. The successful applicant should have at least 10 years of senior leadership experience, with a robust background in finance, human resources, facilities/operations management, and IT. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a master’s degree or advanced degree is preferred. This role requires a leader with: Strategic and creative thinking abilities. A proven track record of balancing competing priorities while translating strategic goals into operational success. Experience in budget preparation and financial management. A deep understanding of HR best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive, inclusive leadership style, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to influence and motivate diverse populations.
