As their recruiting partner, we are seeking an Operations Project Manager eager to take on a highly visible role that will directly shape the company’s trajectory. Role Highlights Lead and execute operational project plans across the platform Partner with functional leaders to drive integration, IT, and safety initiatives Ensure successful project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams Introduce best practices and lessons learned to fuel continuous improvement Ideal Profile 3–5 years of operations experience, including 2–3 years in project management Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects Strong organizational and relationship-building skills; high emotional intelligence Hands-on, team-oriented approach - comfortable rolling up your sleeves Background in IT or acquisition integration a plus Why Consider This Role?
