Operations Project Manager – Private Equity-Backed Growth Company Location: Central/Eastern Massachusetts (Hybrid, 1–2 days/week in office) Reports to: Chief Transformation Officer An Exciting Career-Building Opportunity We are working with a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed business services company that is well on their way to surpassing 500,000 customers and $200M in revenue by 2026. As their recruiting partner, we are seeking an Operations Project Manager eager to take on a highly visible role that will directly shape the company’s trajectory. Role Highlights Lead and execute operational project plans across the platform Partner with functional leaders to drive integration, IT, and safety initiatives Ensure successful project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams Introduce best practices and lessons learned to fuel continuous improvement Ideal Profile 3–5 years of operations experience, including 2–3 years in project management Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects Strong organizational and relationship-building skills; high emotional intelligence Hands-on, team-oriented approach - comfortable rolling up your sleeves Background in IT or acquisition integration a plus Why Consider This Role?
