Tech Delivery Specialist

Job Description As a Tech Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery, installation, and repair of various tech products, including major appliances and home theater equipment. Your expertise in determining the best delivery methods into homes will make a difference in the client experience. What You'll Do Perform delivery duties with a focus on the installation, networking, and repair of home tech and appliances. Enhance customer satisfaction by offering advice on product placement and available services. Collaborate with team members on inventory management and vehicle upkeep. Handle paperwork and payments efficiently, providing valuable feedback to store teams and completing in-store repairs. Train and mentor new drivers, fostering a supportive team environment. Lead and assist in two-person jobs while also being capable of performing tasks independently. Basic Qualifications At least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, installation, or large product delivery. A valid driver's license and a driving record that adheres to Best Buy's safety standards. Ability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 350 pounds individually or up to 700 pounds with a team, using proper equipment when necessary. Must be at least 21 years old. Obtain and maintain any necessary state or local licenses within 90 days of hire. Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
