As the Enterprise Architecture Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding business and IT leaders through investment decisions that align with both immediate operational needs and long-term strategic goals. You will provide comprehensive technology guidance, establish roadmaps, and promote best practices across various Capability Domains. What We Look For: A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT roles such as systems analysis, solution architecture, software development, or consulting, with a focus on aligning business and technology. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a proven ability to develop and implement architectural frameworks and technology strategies. Expertise in creating and delivering enterprise-level technical solutions and strategic initiatives. Leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams and influencing senior management and stakeholders. Stand Out Qualities: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and effectively advocate for a shared vision. Knowledge of insurance broking, risk management, or employee benefits processes and solutions. Experience in applying application rationalization programs on a large scale. Possession of a TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Certification. Your Initial Focus: Within the first 3 to 12 months, you will assess existing initiatives, identify business capabilities, and create roadmaps to meet the functional needs of our organization. Contribute to the establishment of MMA's Enterprise Architecture group, including architecture review standards and core processes. Your Key Responsibilities: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for designated business capability domains. Define and guide the overall direction of IT architecture to support corporate strategy. Provide critical evaluations and feedback on proposals, integrating your technical expertise into projects. Develop implementation proposals for new applications and capabilities. Collaborate with project sponsors to deeply understand solution requirements. Oversee the development and deployment of new systems and services. Ensure the quality of deliverables by promoting standards and best practices in development, security, and quality assurance. Stay updated on industry trends and communicate opportunities for innovation to leadership. Mentor team members and colleagues in technology skills and best practices. Why MMA? The final salary will be influenced by factors like experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to salary, performance-based incentives may also apply.
