THE OPPORTUNITY As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience. You'll oversee the preparation and serving of safe, quality food while leading a trained team to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires being actively engaged, and you’ll be on your feet, ready to assist where needed. WHAT YOU'LL DO Ensure delicious, high-quality food is consistently served. Troubleshoot and resolve food quality issues. Maintain food safety standards including monitoring temperature, hand washing, and following health regulations. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction. Manage crew schedules, breaks, and training. Support performance reviews and the development of future leaders. Assist with administrative tasks, including banking and inventory management. Ensure all supplies and equipment are available and functioning. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE A strong understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy. Experience in cash handling and restaurant operations. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Ability to handle office paperwork. A high school diploma or equivalent. A background in the restaurant industry. PAY TRANSPARENCY The base pay range for this position is $19.90-$22.15 per hour, eligible for additional digital tips. Actual pay may vary based on experience and education.
