Position Summary: The Product Manager, Enterprise Systems is accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle and value realization of assigned enterprise systems. This role translates business intent into a clear system vision, roadmap, and delivery plan, ensuring systems are well-designed, effectively adopted, and continuously improved. The Product Manager, Enterprise Systems prioritizes investments based on business value and drives adoption, outcomes, and long-term system health. The firm has one available position in either Austin, TX, Bellevue, WA, Long Beach, CA, Portland, OR, Dover, OH, Atlanta, GA, Cleveland, OH, or Fort Lauderdale, FL. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Product & System Leadership Act as the product manager for assigned platforms (e.g., ERP, HCM, CRM) Develop and maintain system roadmaps, backlogs, and enhancement plans Balance competing priorities, dependencies, and constraints across stakeholders Plan system lifecycle stages including upgrades, optimization, and eventual replacement Business Partnership Partner with business system owners to clarify intent, outcomes, and success criteria Support business leaders in making informed tradeoff and investment decisions Coordinate cross-functional impacts and ensure enterprise cohesion Change Management & Adoption Own adoption strategy for system changes, from rollout through reinforcement Partner with Internal Communications and Training teams to enable behavior change Define and monitor adoption metrics; adjust approach as needed Ensure systems are aligned to how the firm should operate, not just existing habits Delivery & Execution Coordination Work with project managers to execute initiatives aligned to the product roadmap Partner with IT on technical feasibility, security, architecture, and integrations Coordinate vendor engagement from a business and product perspective Value & Optimization Measure system utilization, effectiveness, and realized business value Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, eliminate redundancy, and improve efficiency Recommend system rationalization, consolidation, or retirement where appropriate Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong understanding of business processes and operating models. Ability to lead without authority and navigate complex stakeholder environments. Experience translating business needs into scalable system designs. Ability to operate at both strategic and executive levels. Familiarity with a broad range of technologies and system architectures. Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in areas of uncertainty, using analytical skills to clarify ambiguities and resolve complex business challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team. Strong attention to details and organizational skills. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Accounting Information Systems, Finance, or a related field plus at least 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, systems enablement, or enterprise application ownership. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with project management platforms (e.g. Jira, Wrike) and information security audit frameworks (e.g. SOC 2, ISO27001). Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP, CCBA). Prior experience at a professional services firm (e.g. public accounting, consulting, engineering, systems integration, or a related service provider). Why work with us?
