Job Title: Technical Software Analyst Location: Alpharetta, GA Workplace Type: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: 2-3 days onsite per week, standard hours 9 AM-5 PM (flexible within core hours of 10 AM-3 PM) Key Responsibilities: existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop both business and IT solutions to address them. Write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure seamless translation between business objectives and technical execution. nd update functional requirements, process maps, specifications, wireframes, meeting summaries, and development tickets. Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups to support effective team collaboration. Communicate project progress to internal teams and client stakeholders through clear and concise reporting. Track and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with contract terms. Work effectively with colleagues and clients in multiple time zones, offering flexibility in scheduling. Prioritize concurrent initiatives, balance shifting priorities, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Guide team members, delegate tasks, and ensure project goals are met successfully. ssist with training sessions, define acceptance criteria, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Partner with subject matter experts to build and perform testing to validate solution Create user guides, training content, and proactively identify documentation gaps. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Development, Project Management, or a related discipline. Demonstrated success in a consulting environment and working knowledge of Agile development practices. Recent experience building custom software solutions, including custom web portals and system integrations, with proficiency in SQL. Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing technical initiatives across diverse teams. Strong capability to assess complex issues, propose effective solutions, and drive process improvements. SCRUM Master (CSM) certification preferred.
