Speech Language Pathologist

Spring Into Your New Career! Sycamore Trails PA is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist for per diem work. Join us as we continue to make a difference in the lives of our residents! As an SLP, you will evaluate patients within twenty-four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral. If unable to complete evaluation in 24 hours, documentation in medical record clearly defines cause for delay. Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician. Treat patients per the physician treatment plan. Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems and plans. Retirement Planning: 401(k) plan with company contributions. Support When You Need It: Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Valid SLP License in Ohio Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices. Must maintain a license in good standing with the state board.
