Description As the Director of Events & Partnerships at Stoke Space, you will shape our corporate identity and reputation through strategic event planning and relationship management. This role directly influences how Stoke is perceived by investors, partners, and the broader space industry community. You'll work alongside executive leadership to amplify our messaging and create meaningful connections with key stakeholders. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly. Responsibilities Build our corporate identity and reputation through strategic event planning and execution, from conception to detailed execution Engage with key investors and partners to amplify Stoke's messaging and influence among target audiences Strategically select and pursue awards, speaking engagements, and sponsorships for Stoke leaders and representatives to participate in Support executive communications around events and partnerships Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure alignment across all external communications and events Develop comprehensive partnership strategies that enhance Stoke's position in the space industry Measure and report on the impact of events and partnerships to continuously refine approach Qualifications Past work in the space industry 7+ years of experience in some mix of marketing, event management, partnership development, and/or corporate communications Proven track record of planning and executing high-profile events Strong relationship management skills with C-suite executives and key stakeholders Exceptional project management abilities, with attention to detail and budget consciousness Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with aerospace investors and government partners Background in public relations or corporate communications Knowledge of the commercial space ecosystem and key industry events Network of established contacts in the space industry Benefits Equity - We know that our employees are the reason we succeed. Compensation Target Levels: Level 4 Range: $79,380 - $119,070 Level 5 Range: $99,225 - $165,375 Our job posts are intentionally written to attract a wide variety of experience levels, and we make decisions about the right fit on a per-candidate basis. Your actual level and base salary will be decided based on your specific experience and skill level.
