Job Summary: Culligan Water is looking for a dedicated individual with a background in customer service. The Customer Service Specialist directly engages with customers to process orders, resolve issues, and cater to their needs. Our product lineup includes water softeners and drinking water systems, among others. The primary goal of this role is to deliver an outstanding service experience that goes beyond customer expectations. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities: Perform problem-solving, order processing, and maintain current customer accounts. Adhere to company protocols, policies, and objectives while striving to enhance department efficiency. Provide proactive support to assigned customer accounts and build solid relationships with customers. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone. Schedule service and delivery orders, coordinating with the operations team. Process billing for service, delivery, and new installation orders. Conduct outreach to current customers to schedule additional services or promote maintenance plans. Refer unresolved customer complaints to appropriate departments for further resolution. Follow all safety procedures and Culligan's policies. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
