Data Processing Intern - Summer 2026

Who We Are Data Trust is the leading provider of voter and electoral data to Republican and conservative campaigns, parties, and advocacy organizations. We build, enrich, and maintain the highest quality political data for right-of-center clients. Our Summer Internship Program This internship is in-person at our Arlington, VA office, running from June 1st to August 6th. It is Part-Time (28 hrs/week) each Monday through Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Job Summary The Data Intern will support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and internal data systems that enable efficient data collection, processing, and analysis. They will help organize datasets, create data visualizations, and apply their knowledge to improving data processes. Responsibilities - Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines that collect, transform, and load data from multiple sources into internal data systems - Support the development and optimization of data infrastructure to improve data accessibility, reliability, and performance - Help create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI - Apply basic machine learning, statistical methods, or automated checks to help identify anomalies and improve overall data quality - Collaborate with the broader data team to document workflows, data models, and best practices for managing and analyzing datasets Skills - Working comfortably in python, SQL, or other coding language - Familiarity with ETL processes and building data pipelines - Experience with Databricks and Azure Data Factory Qualifications - Current student in a Bachelor's program in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Information Systems, preferred - Current student in a Bachelor's program in Political Science with technical coursework in data science - Prior internship or project experience in data processing or data science - Interest in Republican political campaigns and elections For any inquiries, please contact .
