The ideal candidate will drive the Commercial Innovation Forum to foster visibility and alignment across new commercial packages and product launches, thriving amidst complexity and influencing cross-team collaboration without direct authority. This role demands a strategic mindset capable of translating commercial strategies into structured business requirements and ensuring these are implemented effectively across various platforms and systems. Key Responsibilities: Operationalize commercial strategies into structured business requirements for cross-system implementation. Drive the Commercial Innovation Forum, coordinating cross-functional sessions for capability sequencing and risk mitigation. Partner with Product and Finance to operationalize new commercial constructs. Engage with Rev Rec and Legal to align on accounting and compliance pre-launch. Contribute to scalable operating models for efficient, coordinated commercialization efforts. Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated experience in marketing strategy and monetization. Skilled in translating strategy into structured business requirements. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations. Industry Experience: Extensive experience in marketing strategy, business operations, or product commercialization within a complex multi-product ecosystem is required.
