Be home every night Advancement opportunities for high performers Pay Drivers: $25-$35+/hr (hourly pay + tips + bonuses) Drivers Start between $19/hr and $21/hr. Drivers are eligible for up to $2.40/hr in raises per year Movers: $23-32+/hr (hourly pay + tips + bonuses) Movers Start between $17/hr and $19/hr. Movers are eligible for up to $2.00/hr in raises per year. Experienced hires may skip training and advance to top pay as early as their first week Drivers will be paid $17 per hour, and Movers will be paid $15 per hour during training, which could last anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on your level of experience, ability to quickly learn how to work fast and efficient, make happy customers, learn proper lifting techniques, and how to stack furniture like Tetris! Day-to-Day Work Drive(drivers) and/or work on a 26ft non-CDL box truck crew to customer's homes Pack, wrap, load, and unload household goods I.E. furniture & boxes Disassemble/reassemble furniture Maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-friendly work environment Lead or work with a 2-6 person crew. Deliver excellent customer service every time.. Requirements Drivers: Age 21+ (insurance requirement) Valid driver's license for 3+ years Good driving record Box truck driving experience is a plus, but we will train you Ability to lead a 2-6 man team.
