Compensation: $39,600 - $42,600 annually (includes overtime and shift differentials) Available Shifts: Relief Manager: Thu-Sat 1:30 PM-10:30 PM; Sun-Mon 9:30 PM-6:30 AM 2nd Shift Manager: Sun-Wed 1:30 PM-10:30 PM; Thurs 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Overnight Manager: Tues-Sat 9:30 PM-6:30 AM What’s In It for You? Your Responsibilities: Lead an Exceptional Team During Your Shift Inspire your team with a positive, proactive attitude Guide and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling as required Provide on-the-spot coaching, supporting team members throughout their shifts Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism, escalating as needed Ensure Operational Excellence Train your team to uphold our guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards Manage inventory effectively and communicate promotions clearly Oversee critical processes, including cash wrap and compliance documentation Facilitate clear communication and alignment within the team throughout the day Promote Communication & Accountability Share important updates from leadership with shift associates Monitor task completion and provide immediate feedback Champion a culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork Lead decisively during peak times, demonstrating outstanding leadership Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred) 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to excel in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused settings Strong task follow-through and capability to coach others Excellent communication and team-building abilities Essential Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (completed or in progress) Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.) Join Us for Growth and Opportunity!
