Total Compensation: $21 to $26 an Hour + Commission + Profit Sharing (Bonus Checks) Responsibilities: Attend meetings, follow all company policies, and participate in decision-making Use software to take notes, create quotes, and send invoices Attend appointments within the window that has been given to the client Provide a complete evaluation and precise diagnosis of any issues with the current system, after which present the customer with their options Accurately measure openings for installation and site checks for bigger jobs Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate Working knowledge of electrical wiring and connections Must be able to use a measuring tape along with math and problem-solving skills You must have excellent customer service skills for this position Must have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills Compensation: $21 - $26 hourly + commission
