As part of Slalom's Microsoft Cloud Team, you'll lead within the Azure Infrastructure practice and partner across our six Microsoft solution areas (Microsoft 365, Security, Azure Infrastructure, Digital & App Innovation, Data & AI, and Business Applications). You'll collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and our Microsoft field/partner teams to create client impact while growing a healthy, highperforming practice community. Title: PrincipalWhat You'll Do Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ("F&O") ERP solutions, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Design and lead technical analysis and design workshops (example: integrations, reporting and data conversions) and collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into a D365 F&O based solution design by performing fit-gap of requirements to F&O and Power Platform capabilities. Estimate D365 F&O customizations, interfaces and data conversion requirements bottoms up, providing input into resources needed, and key implementation dependencies and risks Experienced in writing detailed Technical Design Documents and proven experience driving customer sign-off on design documents. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery within scope and schedule. Hands-on delivery of requirements (functional and non-functional) as part of the delivery team. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, integration, and data conversion during SIT and UAT. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 F&O and surrounding Microsoft first-party stack: Power Platform and Azure for integrations, automations and extensions What You'll Bring 8+ years of hands-on experience in leading and delivering ERP implementation as a hands-on technical lead, with a focus on Dynamics 365 F&O. Proven track record of leading successful D365 F&O projects from inception to completion, and articulating technical solution approaches to clients, both business and engineering, to obtain buy-in Good hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including finance and supply chain modules Strong understanding of Data Management Framework (DMF): Experience in using DMF for data migration tasks, ensuring data integrity and consistency during the migration process. X++ Coding: Proficiency in X++ coding for customizations and extensions within Dynamics 365 F&O, including developing and maintaining custom modules. Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing the performance of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and proven ability to configure solutions themselves Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, from both engineering and business. Experienced in delivering updates on cross-functional team meetings of implementation progress, including managing and identifying dependencies on other teams Proven track record of mitigating project delivery risks by escalating early and often to the program / project manager, with successful outcomes Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O is highly desirable. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
