Assistant Nurse Manager - Labor & Delivery - Nights

BayCare Health System is currently seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to join our outstanding and compassionate Labor & Delivery unit at St. Joseph's Hospital South. Position Description: Assistant Nurse Manager The Assistant Nurse Manager (Supervisor) is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills. Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring , counseling and terminating process. Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information. Performs other duties as assigned. Why BayCare?
