This role is essential for driving innovation and strategic transformation within the technology landscape of the institution. The successful candidate will: Set a clear vision and direction for all technology services that align with the institution's mission. Drive organizational change and improve IT operations continuously. Manage IT and educational technology staff effectively. Oversee budget development and lead both short- and long-term planning for academic and enterprise technology projects. Maintain and enhance a secure, efficient, and forward-looking technology environment. The role encompasses managing computer technology services, academic technology, enterprise applications, information security, and strategic technology planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 7 years of progressive supervisory and management experience in IT. Demonstrated leadership in modernizing IT environments. Experience in enterprise systems, cloud administration, and network security. Preferred experience in technology leadership within higher education, ideally in a law school setting. A strong track record in leading organizational change and strategic planning. Deep technical expertise in infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with experience in technology budgeting and procurement.
