Job Description Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Director of Revenue Manager for a client in Southeast Florida. The Work: Reservations, Distribution and Revenue Management Identify new revenue opportunities Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting Optimize and expand distribution partnerships Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards. Build and maintain strong working relationships Travel 30% Additional duties as required What you've already done (requirements): 5+ years of experience implementing revenue management operations, procedures and best practices with an independent highend hotel as a Director of Revenue Experience managing a Mid-Atlantic territory Luxury hotel experience Bachelor's degree A track record of successful leadership Developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems Compensation: Yearly salary base range of $110k - $125k Submit your resume if you meet the qualifications and are excited about joining an already successful and growing team.
